Connect integrations

Pragma uses three setup types. The Connect channels page shows the right type on each integration card.

OAuth: connect directly​

OAuth is the best path when Pragma has a provider app and you can sign in with the provider.

  • Microsoft Teams: Connect with Microsoft, approve access, then pick team and channel.
  • Slack: Connect with Slack and choose the destination channel in Slack. Pragma stores the incoming webhook URL automatically.
  • HubSpot: Connect with HubSpot. If OAuth is not enabled in the deployment yet, use a HubSpot Private App temporarily.

API key: paste credentials​

For API-key integrations, create the token in the provider console and save it under Workspace credentials.

  • HubSpot Private App: HUBSPOT_ACCESS_TOKEN
  • Pipedrive: PIPEDRIVE_API_TOKEN plus PIPEDRIVE_COMPANY_DOMAIN
  • Salesforce: SALESFORCE_ACCESS_TOKEN plus SALESFORCE_INSTANCE_URL
  • Trello: TRELLO_API_KEY, TRELLO_TOKEN, TRELLO_LIST_ID
  • AI: OpenAI or Azure OpenAI credentials

Callback: register the URL​

WeCom, WeChat Official Account and WhatsApp receive inbound messages through a callback URL. Copy the URL from the Pragma card and paste it exactly in the provider console.

  • WeCom: /webhooks/wecom
  • WeChat Official Account: /webhooks/wechat-oa
  • WhatsApp Cloud API: /webhooks/whatsapp
