Reporting & Analytics at a Glance

This page shows where the numbers come from and how they flow through Pragma Reporting β€” from raw data to CSV export. No technical knowledge required.

Data flow in reporting

What does each section show?

Overview (KPI tiles)

The most important numbers at a glance β€” total leads, hot leads, sync rate, AI coverage and more. You can rearrange the order via drag & drop and pin tiles as favourites so they always appear at the top.

Conversion funnel

Shows how many leads reach each pipeline stage:

100 leads β†’ 60 qualified β†’ 30 proposals β†’ 12 won
β†’ 12% conversion

Immediately visible: where you lose the most leads.

Revenue forecast

Pragma calculates three scenarios from the current pipeline:

ScenarioMeaning
Weighted forecastValue Γ— close probability per stage
Best caseAll open deals are won
Confirmed (quarter)Only deals already marked as won

GTM attribution

Where do your best leads come from? Pragma shows which campaign, UTM parameter, or partner delivers leads with the highest score and highest CRM sync rate.

Pivot table

The most flexible tool in reporting. Drag dimensions and metrics freely into rows, columns, or filters:

  • Dimensions: lead source, language, score range, pipeline stage, assigned person…
  • Metrics: count, sync rate, avg AI score, follow-up rate…

The configuration is saved in the browser so you don't have to rebuild your view every time.

KPI alerts

Define rules like "notify me when the sync rate drops below 50%" β€” and Pragma sends you an alert via in-app notification, email, or Slack.

CSV export

All raw data in a structured file:

ExportContains
