Use AI Lead Scoring and Follow-ups

AI helps teams prioritize leads faster and prepare follow-ups in the lead's language.

Prerequisites​

  • AI is configured for the workspace.
  • An OpenAI or Azure OpenAI key is available as BYOK configuration.
  • The lead has enough context in message, notes, or conversation history.

Analyze a Lead​

  1. Open Lead Inbox.
  2. Click a lead.
  3. Click Analyze in the drawer.
  4. Review summary, intent, score, detected language, and next action.

Draft a Follow-up​

  1. Open the lead drawer.
  2. Click Draft follow-up.
  3. Wait for the draft.
  4. Check tone, facts, and language.
  5. Copy it into your communication channel.
