Sales Center β€” acquisition workflow

This guide documents the Sales Center workflow in Pragma: acquisition touchpoints on leads, meeting logs in the timeline, account segmentation, and how Inbox / WeCom ties into the pipeline.

It complements the Complete platform guide with the acquisition view from Sales Center feedback.

Acquisition fields in the drawer​

  1. First-contact channel β€” phone, email, WeChat, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, trade fair, other (linked to lead_source).
  2. First-contact date β€” for reporting and follow-up planning.
  3. Acquisition stage β€” one of the four stages above.
  4. Acquisition note β€” short touchpoint note (e.g. trade fair, OEM fit).

After Quote, the pipeline carries deal stages through Won or Lost.

Meeting log in the timeline​

Entry point: Lead drawer β†’ Timeline β†’ Log meeting

  1. Choose meeting type: phone, video, or in person.
  2. Enter outcome and notes β€” appears as a timeline activity.
  3. Set acquisition stage to Meeting if not already done.

The meeting log connects the acquisition funnel with the team timeline and pipeline history.

Inbox & WeCom β€” pipeline connection​

Communication and pipeline stay linked:

  1. New message in Inbox β†’ context badges show account segment and acquisition stage.
  2. Assign or create lead β†’ maintain acquisition fields in the drawer.
  3. Send reply via WeCom / WhatsApp / other channels β†’ thread and timeline stay in sync.
  4. Qualification complete β†’ move deal on pipeline; NBA and Today handle prioritization.
