WeCom HubSpot integration — 15-minute EU setup (GDPR)
· 阅读需 2 分钟
A WeCom HubSpot integration is the fastest way for EU B2B teams to keep China leads in the same system marketing and sales already use. This post focuses on technical setup; for the manual vs. Zapier vs. bridge comparison, see the full HubSpot guide.
Prerequisites
- HubSpot account with Private Apps access
- WeCom admin (webhook URL, token, EncodingAESKey)
- EU-hosted bridge instance (start demo)
Step 1: HubSpot private app
- HubSpot → Settings → Integrations → Private Apps → create app.
- Minimum scopes:
crm.objects.contacts.read/write,crm.objects.notes.write. - Optional: deals, companies scopes.
- Copy the access token (shown once).
Step 2: WeCom webhook
In the WeCom admin console:
- Callback URL = your bridge webhook (
/webhooks/wecomon your instance) - Save token and EncodingAESKey
- Enable the event types you need for inbound messages/contacts
Step 3: Connect the bridge
- In the app: Integrations → paste HubSpot token (encrypted per workspace).
- Add WeCom credentials.
- Send a test message via WeCom.
- Verify in HubSpot: contact, translated note, timestamps.
Common pitfalls
| Issue | Fix |
|---|---|
| Duplicates without email | Custom property wechat_contact_id or stable secondary key |
| Mandarin-only CRM notes | Bridge with EN/DE translation in notes |
| US middleware | Prefer EU hosting + DPA |
| No follow-up discipline | Use intent score + draft replies in the bridge |
Enterprise

Summary
A solid WeCom HubSpot integration is often live in one afternoon — webhook, private app, EU bridge. Running Pipedrive or Salesforce instead? See the next article.
