Signal Hub (Wave U) complete: Sprints 213–220 — Campaign Templates, Publisher Pro, AI Matching, Content Delivery, Analytics, Earnings, Multi-Campaign, Unified Payments

· 3 min read

Wave U is complete. With Sprint 213 (Campaign Templates, Budget Calculator, Style Guide), all 8 Signal Hub sprints (213–220) are now live.

What was delivered

Sprint 213 — Brand: Campaign Templates & Budget Calculator

Brands no longer start campaigns from a blank slate. Four pre-built templates (Product Launch, Awareness, Performance, Event) provide title, briefing text, deliverables, and platform recommendations. A Budget Calculator estimates campaign costs across CPM, CPA, and flat-rate models. A Style Guide (logo URL, tone of voice, dos/don'ts) is stored per brand and factored into publisher matching.

Sprint 214 — Publisher: Pro-Profile, Media Kit, Case Studies

Publishers get a public Pro-Page showing niche, signal types, revenue share, and a verification badge. A Media Kit Builder (publisher-specific, signals instead of affiliate links) generates shareable kits. Case studies (anonymised, with KPIs) appear on the profile and are searchable in the Publisher Directory.

Sprint 215 — AI Matching 2.0 with Confidence Score

Campaigns now match publishers with a Confidence Score (0–100) and explained reasoning (niche fit, platform, engagement history). A Match Explain Panel shows brands why a publisher is recommended. Accept/Reject feedback feeds into future matches.

Sprint 216 — Content Delivery Workspace & Brand Approval

After matching, brand and publisher collaborate in a shared workspace. Deliverables are uploaded, reviewed by brands (Approve / Request Revision / Reject), and version-tracked. Notification hooks alert on status changes.

Sprint 217 — Reach/ROI Analytics & Publisher Ranking

Brands see impressions, signal purchases, and content views aggregated per campaign. The ROI Calculator compares spend against attributed pipeline. Publishers are ranked by ROI, reach, and approval rate. Reports export as PDF/CSV.

Sprint 218 — Auto-Invoicing, Earnings Dashboard, VAT (DACH)

Publishers get an Earnings Dashboard (revenue share, pay-per-signal, pending/paid out). Monthly invoices are auto-generated as PDF above a configurable threshold. DACH VAT (DE 19%/7%, AT, CH), small-business flag, and VAT ID field are integrated.

Sprint 219 — Multi-Campaign Manager & Brand Safety

Brands running multiple parallel campaigns manage everything in one overview. A Brand Safety Score (0–100) rates publishers on content history and compliance flags. Whitelist/Blacklist controls which publishers appear in matching at all.

Sprint 220 — Unified Payments, E-Sign, Cross-Hub Intelligence

Stripe and NOWPayments (crypto) are unified into a single payment layer for signal purchases, campaign budgets, and publisher payouts. Digital contracts (brand–publisher) can be signed directly within the platform. A Cross-Hub Intelligence view combines Earn affiliate conversions and Signal campaign ROI.
