Pragma Reporting explained — where do your numbers come from?
Many teams only use the KPI tiles in reporting — but there's much more underneath. This article shows the complete data flow: where the numbers come from, what's calculated automatically, and how to get the most out of Pragma Reporting.
The complete data flow
What's new in reporting?
Pivot table with drag & drop
The pivot table is the most flexible analysis tool in Pragma. Drag dimensions (source, language, score range, pipeline stage) freely into rows, columns, or filters — no SQL, no Excel. Your configuration stays saved in the browser.
Favourite tiles
Pin the KPIs most important to you as a favourite — they always appear at the top of the dashboard and reporting, regardless of how many tiles are active.
KPI alerts with Slack integration
Define thresholds (e.g. "sync rate < 50%") and receive an automatic alert — via in-app notification, email, or directly in your Slack channel.
Revenue forecast — three scenarios
Pragma automatically calculates from the current pipeline:
- Weighted forecast — realistic, based on close probability per stage
- Best case — if all open deals are won
- Confirmed — only already-won deals this quarter
Tip: GTM attribution for marketing teams
GTM attribution shows which campaign, UTM parameter, or partner delivers leads with the highest AI score — ideal for making budget decisions based on data.
