From MVP to Sales OS: AI Command Center, reporting, and better integrations

ยท 2 min read

Pragma is moving beyond the MVP stage. The focus is shifting from "does the demo work?" to "can a sales team run its daily work with this?".

What changedโ€‹

The app is now shaped more clearly as an operational sales cockpit:

  • AI Command Center: priorities, risks, and next actions per lead in one view.
  • CRM auto-sync: leads and relevant status changes move automatically to HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce.
  • Integrations workspace: tokens, webhooks, and API keys are easier to manage and stored encrypted per workspace.
  • Mobile Lead Inbox: leads can be captured, filtered, and updated on a phone.
  • KPI reporting: KPI tiles can be reordered with drag and drop; reports are clearer and more decision-oriented.
  • Follow-up automation: tasks and suggestions are generated from lead signals instead of being copied manually from chat history.

Why it mattersโ€‹

WeCom leads are rarely the whole problem. The hard part comes next: translation, scoring, CRM hygiene, follow-up, reporting, and internal handover often live in separate tools. That is where time leaks away.

The current version brings those steps into one EU-hosted workspace. Sales teams can see which leads matter, which integrations are healthy, and what should happen next.

Who it is forโ€‹

This update is especially relevant for EU companies selling into China, export teams, distributors, and B2B companies using WeCom while keeping HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce as their source of truth.

Next focusโ€‹

The next layer is better onboarding, richer AI reporting narratives, and more robust automation rules. The platform should not only collect data, but actively guide sales teams through the day.
