Sprint S12 — Pipeline Coverage Score: Is there enough pipeline to hit the target?
· 2 min read
Sprint S12 brings the Pipeline Coverage Score: how well does the current pipeline cover the revenue target? The industry standard is 3–4×. The coverage card in the RevOps dashboard shows immediately whether the team is on track — or where the pipeline gap is.
What's new
- Pipeline Coverage Score — coverage ratio for month and quarter (open pipeline / revenue target)
- Colour coding: green ≥ 3×, amber 2–3×, red < 2×
- Pipeline gap — how much pipeline is missing to reach the 3× benchmark, shown in EUR
- Progress bar — pipeline vs. 3× target at a glance
- Goal link — if no revenue target is set: direct link to Settings
- No new migration needed — uses the revenue goals from Sprint S09 directly

Why this matters
Pipeline size alone says little. €200,000 in pipeline is plenty for a €50,000 quarterly target — and not enough for a €150,000 target. The coverage ratio puts the pipeline in context of the target and instantly signals risk: below 2× and the quarterly target is unreachable without new business. Most sales managers only see this at the end of the month in a forecast call. Now it's visible every day.
