Sprint S11 — Pipeline Waterfall: Where is the pipeline moving?
· 2 min read
Sprint S11 brings pipeline movement analysis: the Waterfall card in the RevOps dashboard shows at a glance how the pipeline changed during the month or quarter — from opening through new deals, won and lost, to closing pipeline.
What's new
- Pipeline Waterfall — bridge-chart analysis of pipeline movement over the selected period
- 5 segments:
- Opening Pipeline — reconstructed pipeline size at the start of the period
- + New — value of all deals created in this period
- ✓ Won — deals closed won (they leave the pipeline as revenue)
- ✗ Lost — deals closed lost
- Closing Pipeline — current open pipeline
- Net movement indicator — shows whether the pipeline grew or shrank
- Month/Quarter toggle directly on the card
- API:
GET /api/revops/pipeline-waterfall?period=month|quarter
Why this matters
Most RevOps teams know how large their pipeline is today — but not how it changed this month. The waterfall answers exactly that: are enough new deals coming in to replace the lost ones? Is pipeline value growing or shrinking? Classic bridge-chart analysis as seen in Clari and Salesforce Revenue Cloud, now directly in the Pragma RevOps dashboard.
