Sprint 20 โ First Revenue: Trial Flow, Upgrade Modal, Onboarding Wizard & Usage Dashboard
Sprint 20 is focused on one thing: shortening the path from first sign-up to first paying customer.
What's newโ
NSP-69 โ Trial Urgency Flowโ
The trial banner now escalates in four stages as the trial runs down:
- 10โ6 days left: subtle notice
- 5โ3 days: orange warning
- 2โ1 days: red critical alert
- 0 days: expired โ upgrade required
Each stage shows a contextual CTA that opens the upgrade modal directly.
NSP-70 โ Request Upgradeโ
A new in-app modal presents all three plans side by side:
| Plan | Price |
|---|---|
| Starter | โฌ49 / month |
| Growth | โฌ249 / month |
| Enterprise | Custom |
A short form (email + optional message) sends the request to the Pragma team via Slack or Teams webhook and logs it to the database. A "Book a demo call" button links directly to the sales page.
NSP-71 โ Design Partner Onboarding Wizardโ
New workspaces now see a 5-step guided wizard on the dashboard:
- Connect a channel โ WeCom, WhatsApp, LinkedIn or Email
- Select a playbook โ activate the right vertical playbook
- Connect your CRM โ HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce
- Set up AI (BYOK) โ add your OpenAI or Azure key
- Enable notifications โ configure Slack or Teams alerts
Steps auto-complete when the underlying action is done โ no manual checking required. Each open step deep-links directly into the right platform tab.
NSP-72 โ Workspace Usage Dashboardโ
Admins now see monthly and cumulative usage figures directly on the dashboard:
- Leads received
- Follow-ups created
- CRM syncs completed
- Messages processed
These numbers make the platform's value immediately visible in investor and customer conversations.
Why this mattersโ
Pragma's next milestone is first โฌMRR and 3โ5 paying design partners. Sprint 20 gives customers clear signals about their trial, a frictionless upgrade path, and a guided setup that gets them to first value in minutes โ not days.
