Sprint 379 โ Earn-G-6: Agency Partner Program with Silver/Gold/Platinum Tiers
The partner program (Earn-G-2, Sprint 377) gets a growth incentive: instead of a flat revenue-share rate per partner type, partners now automatically climb a Silver/Gold/Platinum tier system as they refer more MRR โ including a certification badge and their own co-branded landing page.
What's newโ
Tier system based on referred MRRโ
| Tier | Threshold (cumulative referred MRR) | Revenue share |
|---|---|---|
| ๐ฅ Silver | from โฌ0 (start) | 15% |
| ๐ฅ Gold | from โฌ1,000 | 20% |
| ๐ Platinum | from โฌ5,000 | 25% |
The upgrade happens automatically on every confirmed conversion โ no manual step needed. A tier once reached is never automatically downgraded, even if a single deal is small.
Certification badgeโ
From Gold tier up, a partner earns a visible "โ Certified Pragma Partner" badge โ shown on their own dashboard and on the public landing page.
Co-branded landing page generatorโ
Every active partner automatically gets their own public page at /p/<code> with their logo, tier badge, and a signup call-to-action carrying the same UTM attribution as the existing short link.
Extended onboardingโ
At application time, partners can now declare which external partner programs they've already completed โ HubSpot Solutions Partner, Pipedrive Partner Program, Salesforce ISV Partner โ as a signal for the approval decision.
Why it mattersโ
Earn-G-2 established the partner channel as a structured sales route. A flat revenue-share rate, though, doesn't motivate a partner to refer more once they're already approved. The tier system turns it into a real growth incentive: the more a partner refers, the better their margin gets โ the same model HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Salesforce use successfully in their own partner programs.
How it worksโ
- Apply: same as before at
/earn/partners, now with an optional logo and existing certifications - Approval: admin confirms the starting rate (Silver, 15%)
- Refer: add leads, work the pipeline, win deals
- Auto-upgrade: once cumulative referred MRR crosses a threshold, the rate rises for all future commissions
- Share the landing page:
/p/<code>alongside the short link for a co-branded sales page
